In the app, open Import and drop your CSV onto the page. We parse it instantly and show you exactly what we found — row count, column mapping, everything.
Because a Harvest export uses its exact column names, we've already matched them for you. Hours → duration, Notes → description, Billable?, Invoiced?, Approved? all picked up automatically. One quirk we handle: Harvest splits names into First/Last — we stitch them back together.

We show you a clients → projects → tasks tree of everything we're about to create. Toggle off dead clients you don't want, uncheck old projects, and watch the live count update: "X of Y entries will be imported." Nothing touches your workspace until you're happy.

Export your time entries as CSV from Reports → Export. We can map the columns manually — email us for help.
Export from Reports → Detailed Report → CSV. Send it to us and we'll handle the import.
Export your time tracking data as CSV. Contact us and we'll walk you through the mapping.
If your tool can export to CSV, we can likely import it. Email hello@mylatinum.com with your export and we'll help.
